Lumeway is an organizational guide that helps individuals navigate major life transitions such as job loss, divorce, disability, retirement, relocation, and the death of a spouse. The Service includes the Lumeway Navigator (conversational guidance), a personal dashboard with planning tools, document storage, and informational resources.
Lumeway is not a law firm, financial advisor, medical provider, or licensed professional of any kind. The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or therapeutic advice.

All content, design, and functionality of Lumeway — including but not limited to guide text, checklists, phone scripts, templates, worksheets, letters, graphics, page designs, and code — are the property of Lumeway and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
"Lumeway," the Lumeway logo, and the Lumeway sun mark are trademarks of Lumeway and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Templates, worksheets, letters, and other downloadable materials obtained from Lumeway — whether purchased on lumeway.co, purchased through a third-party marketplace such as Etsy, or downloaded for free — are licensed to you, not sold. Lumeway grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may fill them in, adapt them to your own situation, and share your completed copies with your own advisors, family members, courts, or institutions as part of managing your own affairs.

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise use automated means (including bots, scripts, or data-collection pipelines) to access, collect, or reproduce content from the Service, and you may not use Lumeway content to train, fine-tune, or ground machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models, in each case without our prior written permission. Ordinary search-engine indexing consistent with our robots.txt is permitted.
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same in return. If you believe content on Lumeway infringes your copyright — or if you find Lumeway's materials being redistributed without permission — please notify us at cara@lumeway.co with a description of the work, where the material appears, and your contact information. We will investigate and respond promptly, including removing infringing material where appropriate, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
