The Bundled Plan adds the complete dashboard: step-by-step guides with key terms and contacts, deadline calendar, state-specific guidance, document storage, and more. Your $16 counts toward the upgrade, so you'd only pay $23 more.
What exactly is in the content guides?

Each guide covers a specific task you need to handle — like evaluating health insurance options after a job loss, or navigating probate. For every task, you get: a plain-language explanation of what it is and why it matters, every step in order, key terms defined, who to contact (agencies, phone numbers, websites), common mistakes to avoid, and state-specific rules. It is like having someone walk you through each thing instead of figuring it out alone.
Do my purchases count as credit toward upgrades?

Yes. Every dollar you spend on Lumeway counts toward higher tiers. If you buy a $16 Starter bundle and later want the Bundled Plan ($39), you only pay the $23 difference. If you've bought one Bundled Plan ($39) and want All Access ($125), you'd pay $86. Your credit balance shows in your dashboard.
What if I need help with more than one life change?

You can add more life changes for $20 each, or get everything for $125 (minus whatever you've already spent). A lot of people start with one and add more as their situation evolves.
What if I am in financial hardship?
